Superior Care

It also includes advanced digital services such as webshop integration, remote FAT/onboarding portals, and optional IoT-based monitoring.
Optimal Care
The full-service contract for maximum uptime and reliability. This contract includes every element of Superior Care plus consignment stock, embedded technicians, safety stock, unplanned break-fix support, and real-time machine monitoring.
