R.A Jones and Coesia Celebrate 120th Anniversary with Ribbon Cutting and Dedication of New North American Hub

In celebration of R.A Jones’ 120th anniversary, the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce joined Coesia North America CEO Jonathon Titterton and Paul Wolf, Chief of Customer Service Consumer Market Solutions North America, for a ribbon cutting ceremony at the R.A Jones facility in Davenport, Iowa. The event marked the official dedication of the Coesia North America CMS Customer Service Hub within newly renovated office spaces and warehousing in the 180,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
 

The creation of this centralized Service Hub underscores our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and support. By consolidating all customer service functions including spare parts, field service, and equipment modernizations, we are streamlining operations to better serve our valued customers across North America.
 

This strategic move enables greater alignment across service teams and allows us to leverage a larger, more specialized workforce to enhance responsiveness and efficiency. For customers, this means improved access to a broader, more versatile support team and a more cohesive service experience. While there will be changes to invoicing headers and a new name on quotes, the core team and the high-quality service you rely on remain unchanged.
