KNIFE CUT CONVERSION UPGRADE:
R.A Jones will replace the PR's die cutter system with a plunging knife assembly. This modification eliminates the existing die cutter and pressure roller assembly and replaces it with a new film drive nip roller and knife cut assembly. The knife assemblies are single head units which consists of the heater, thermocouple, and the knife itself. The components required for this modification will depend on your machines existing configuration.  
BENEFITS: Eliminates the need to re-sharpen dies and maintain the tight tolerances required for peak performance as well as tracking, shipping and installation of expensive heavy die cutter units. This modernization allows a machine that starts to experience cutting issues the capability to easily replace an individual knife unit with a spare that is quickly heated and ready for use.

EASY BLEED SYSTEM INSTALLATION:
Our Technicians will add a new valve and hose assembly "easy bleed" system to an existing Holmatic Die cutter system. This allows an easy bleed of the line on the unit without having to remove the heavy die cutter hydraulic system any time repairs or preventative maintenance is required.
BENEFITS: It eliminates the need of additional equipment and persons to remove heavy hydraulic units form a machine to bleed a system when repairs are required. The system adds simplicity and save time getting your machine back up and running after maintenance. 
LEAD TIME: 4-6 Weeks

CUP DROP ELECTRICAL UPGRADE:
This modification will eliminate the air driven rotary-actuator that drives your cup drop spirals and replaces it with an electric motor. By replacing the pneumatic system with a new electric unit, it increases the degrees of rotation from 270⁰ to 360⁰. This increase in rotation makes the separation of the cut more controlled and a smoother process. 
BENEFITS: This modification provides higher efficiencies of the cup drop as well as reduces the maintenance cost by increasing the life of your spirals by incorporating a single direction rotation, eliminating reciprocation, and reducing the unnecessary wear.

CONTROLS UPGRADE:
If your machine has servos, this modification will offer better control of your system by replacing obsolete components and upgrade to a current Allen Bradley HMI if required.
BENEFITS: The modification will eliminate obsolete controls. Components become off the shelf items thus decreasing down time.
LEAD TIME: 16-18 Weeks
INSTALLATION TIME: 5-7 Days

PNEUMATIC UPGRADE KITS:
This upgrade offers 24VDC control and replaces obsolete components.
BENEFITS: Proactive replacements of obsolete controls as well as upgrading to low voltage controls.

EXTENDED CUP MAGAZINE INSTALL:
By extending your cup magazine you add container capacity to your cup drop feed.
BENEFITS: This alleviates operator time spent refilling cup containers and makes for a more efficient and seamless product run. It is also possible to add a low cup detection system which will cycle stop the machine when materials are low, saving waste and increasing efficiency.
LEAD TIME: 14-16 Weeks

SM-1000 LID MAGAZINE INSTALL:
This modification adds capacity to your PH-41 style Lidder.
BENEFITS: The SM-1000 is automatically triggered via electronic interfacing to advance a new row of lids onto the spinning rolls of your PH-41 making it virtually self-stocking. This modification offers more flexibility to staff.
LEAD TIME: 10-12 Weeks

1. Controller

The data processing under letters b. and c. is based on the legitimate interest of both the Company and Coesia S.p.A. to send you marketing communication and evaluate the Insight Data to set out marketing strategies and send you information based on your interests. 

4. Data sharing purpose

In accordance to the Privacy Policy and given your explicit consent, the Company may share your personal data with other companies of the Coesia group (“Coesia Entity/ies”, which act as Joint Controllers, jointly the Company) in order to allow the other Coesia Entities to send you marketing and commercial information, newsletters and/or materials and to process the Insight Data within Profiling (as specified under letters b. and c.). 

You can give your explicit consent to the data sharing for marketing purpose checking the following box. In this case, the profiling processing will be carried on the basis of the recipient Coesia Entity’s legitimate interest. 

It remains understood that in case of denial of giving your consent, the marketing and profiling processing will be carried out only by Coesia and by the Company based on their legitimate interests, as specified above.
