Work closely with both the sales team to help determine the appropriate R.A Jones machine solution for a customer problem.

Responsible for writing and maintaining detailed manufacturing processes for all parts manufactured, implements lean manufacturing concepts to improve productivity throughout the machine shop and assembly.

Expected to be proficient with multiple machine tools, familiar with changing parts, blueprint reading, and some familiarity with the fabrication process as well.
Must have experience in a manufacturing setting with the preference being experience in any of the following: raw materials, capital equipment, or purchased parts.
Support operations in purchasing anything from indirect items, raw materials, capital equipment, etc. Experience in a manufacturing Industry is preferred.
Shipping and receiving specialist must come from a warehouse background - blueprint reading is a plus.
Must be able to coordinate debur activities including the use of tumbler, straightening press, lismak, weber, and various hand tools. They must also be able to master the laser or press brake.
Specialize in the design and development of high-speed packaging equipment with the ability to design moving parts, and fully developed machines.
Individuals will need to apply diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices; makes decisions independently on engineering problems; engineering and product line expertise required.
