VOLPAK introduces a complete supply chain for the U.S. market to deliver both Horizontal Form Fill Seal (HFFS) and pre-made pouch solutions for their exclusive inverted STANDCAP Pouch solution.
HFFS solutions from VOLPAK have been and continue to be commercially available in the U.S. through R.A JONES. Now, through strategic collaboration with Glenroy, Aptar, and Viking Masek, a pre-made alternative is available to the market.
The patented STANDCAP Pouch solution from VOLPAK has been a huge success for Daisy Brand for sour cream. Easy to handle, with controlled dosing down to the last drop, the STANDCAP Pouch enables products to disrupt mature markets and enter new ones. VOLPAK's patented system includes the first and only horizontal form-fill-seal packaging machine capable of forming and filling the pouch while placing and securing the flip-top cap all in one complete system.
