Coesia closes acquisition of Oystar North America and renames it R.A Jones & Co.
Coesia Group announced today the finalization of the acquisition of
Oystar North America, following the agreement signed and announced on
October 26, 2012. With immediate effect Oystar North America is renamed R.A Jones & Co.
